You can review the warranty, return and exchange conditions below.
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To preserve warranty rights, please inspect the product when it is delivered. If you notice any damage, ask the courier to prepare a damage report and do not accept the delivery. Alterations made to the product, deformation of the product or damage to its original design are excluded from warranty coverage.
You may submit a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@iverasilk.com with your order number and reason for return. After your request has been reviewed, you will be informed about the shipping process. Approved returns may be sent via Yurtiçi Kargo using customer number 1274543570, with shipping paid by the sender. The product must be returned complete with all accessories, its original packaging and invoice.
If a product purchased through our Site is defective, you must contact customer care in writing within 7 days of delivery through our contact page or by emailing info@iverasilk.com. Following this notice, the defective product sent to us through the carrier will be replaced with a new one. The packaging of the product requested for exchange must be undamaged, and the product must be unused and free from damage caused by misuse. If the defect results from customer use, or if the product reaches us used, worn or washed within the stated 3-day period, we may have to return it to you. No refund will be issued in such case. Products requested for return must be sent with all accessories, the original box and the invoice. Product returns and exchanges are governed by Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the applicable secondary legislation. Products already exchanged cannot be exchanged or returned again.
